Gift Card FAQs

Gift Cards are available in denominations of your choice from £5 upwards in pre-set denominations, however if there is an amount not listed then please do not hesitate to contact me at louise@hookandpurl.co.uk and I will add it to the website.

How do I receive my Gift Card?

Your gift card is delivered to the email specified during purchase, and has full instructions on how to use it.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from date of purchase, any unused credit after this date will expire.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

How can I check my remaining balance?

If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please email info@mrssnufflebean.co.uk with the email the giftcard was sent to and I can advise you of the remaining balance.

Can a Gift Card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a Gift Card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
